Making the Most Money with Google AdWords

May 15th, 2007 · No Comments

To begin making the most money that you can with your Google AdWords, you need to start from the start. That means making your ads’ titles as powerful and relevant as possible.

Your title line of your Google AdWords ad is the very first thing about your business or offerings that somebody reads when your ad comes up on a website, and your ad’s first impression made is thus the title. It is very difficult to overcome a bland, mediocre, or negative first impression. Google’s affiliate network also has some affiliates whose websites only display your titles, not your full ads. So, at these websites your title will mean everything. At title must be a galvanizing transition point where the Net visitor becomes so intrigued that she can’t help but read the rest of or click on your title or your ad.

This should not be too difficult…except for the fact that you only have 25 characters or less with which to work when writing your titles.

One way that many experts who are making a lot of money with their Google AdWords write highly effective titles is to use their prepared and researched list of high-ranking and unique keywords and search phrases. They will look at these and based upon them write a title utilizing one or more of them. They will do everything they can without sounding stiff or fake to get a whole key searchphrase into every one of their titles. They also know to write titles that are targeted and really push for the sale by getting the target reader excited about whatever it is that is lying behind the door (the clickable title or ad).

Test out several different titles and see which ones are most effective for you, then model them all on those success stories. With diligence, you’ll pretty soon be making money with your Google AdWords and creative ad titles.
